Scanning our home sheep today

 







The sheep are in and waiting. The pens are all set up to ensure all runs smoothly and no hold up.
Adrian, our scanning man, brings in his equipment.

 



Soon we will know if these girls are carrying one, two or three lambs. 
It makes life so much easier during the weeks leading up to lambing time. 
Ewes carrying twins and triplets are under more stress and need extra care and attention than those carrying a single.

Time for a quick cuppa and catch up on any news.

 

And we're off!  Final results are about 60:40 split - singles to twins with 2 carrying triplets
