B&B at Pry House Farm for long distance Pony Trekkers

In the five years that I have been providing B&B at Pry House we have never been asked to accommodate horses and then this August we have had two bookings.  Vyv and Monien from Scotland and their Fell Ponies, King and Micky stopped off here for bed and breakfast.   

The small field to the west of the house is ideal for a couple of horses or ponies to spend the night.  King and Micky being Fell ponies were perfectly at home here in Upper Swaledale. 
Its lovely having ponies at Pry House,  I hope more want to stay next year.

Preparing for Muker Show

Muker Show is on Wednesday 4th September. We have entered six sheep all of which need preparing to show standard. Here, Chris and Andrew are working on one of Andrew's gimmer shearings and ....
